Deposit Information:
Your date is not secured until your deposit is received and acknowledged by Noeko.
All deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the total amount due on the day of your appointment.
One reschedule is allowed per deposit as long as I am given at least one week written notice via email to noekoart@gmail.com. The rescheduled date must fall within 3 months of the original appointment date and must be chosen and finalized by the time of the original appointment. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is lost. *Emergencies that require rescheduling happen. These will be addressed on a case by case basis.
Your appointment begins at 1:00pm unless otherwise discussed. Your appointment length includes any time needed for paperwork and the drawing of your tattoo or stencil application. Hourly rates are rounded up to the nearest half hour.
My private studio location will be sent once your deposit is received.
