Terms & Conditions / FAQ’s
Deposits and Payments*
A deposit is required for every appointment. Deposits are non refundable and are deducted from the final appointment total.
I accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay for deposits. Please pay your deposit through the shop on my website.
Once your appointment is confirmed you will receive a welcome email with more information and the address to my studio in Orlando, Florida.
Booking Process
I accept one client per day for half and full day pieces. This ensures each client has my full focus and are never rushed in or out of my studio. I respect and appreciate the amount of effort that goes into arranging travel and other aspects involved with booking an appointment.
All appointments begin at 1:00pm. Your appointment time includes the time needed for paperwork and the drawing of your tattoo. I am available for booking Tuesdays-Saturdays.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed per deposit as long as I am given at least 72 hours written notice. The rescheduled date must fall within 3 months of the original appointment date. The rescheduled date must be chosen and finalized by the time of the original appointment. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is lost. *Emergencies that require rescheduling happen. These will be addressed on a case by case basis.
Design Options
Custom Pieces: I freehand all of my work the day of your appointment to give you a custom piece of artwork from my hands to your skin. If you are looking to have the same word or phrase tattooed that I have already done, I will create a custom piece for you.
Portfolio Pieces: I offer discounts on pieces that I would like to add to my portfolio. These pieces may include specific words or phrases, placement on the body, or curated work focused on social media content. These pieces are offered at a lower rate than custom work to give me artistic freedom and creative control over the piece and desired outcome. Please reach out to me for more information about booking a portfolio piece.
Predrawn Pieces: I also offer discounts on specific predrawn pieces. These can be found in my shop and include the deposit and flat rate prices in the listing. If you have seen anything on my social media pages that you may want tattooed, please reach out about pricing on those.
Rates for Custom Work
Minimum Appointment: $150 ($50 Deposit)
Half Day Appointment: $750 ($250 Deposit)
Full Day Appointment: $1500 ($250 Deposit)
*I do my best to give accurate time and session estimates. Factors such as size, style, pain tolerance etc. can always affect the length of your session and whether additional sessions may be needed to finish your piece.
Before Your Appointment
Please bring plenty of water and eat a good meal the night before and morning of your appointment. The studio can get chilly so I recommend bringing something with sleeves. I have a mini fridge and microwave available if needed during breaks.
There is a ring camera in my studio for the safety of everyone in the room during your session.
Can I bring someone with me?
I recommend coming alone as it is a small space, but will always allow one person to attend with you for support. Please inform me ahead of time if you will be bringing someone with you.
Can I use numbing cream?
Please DO NOT use any type of numbing related products. The FDA has not approved these products. If you arrive to your appointment with these products applied, you will be sent home and forfeit your deposit.
How should I care for my new tattoo?
You will receive a card with aftercare instructions at the end of your appointment. To prepare I suggest purchasing gold Dial soap and unscented lotion (such as Aveeno or Lubriderm). I also suggest picking having Tylenol and an ice pack to help with swelling after your session.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Please wear something that makes you feel comfortable while keeping in mind the area that will be tattooed. If you are being tattooed in an area where you need to be shirtless, I have pasties available. I recommend bringing a flannel or zip up so you can be as covered as possible while still allowing me to tattoo in the desired area. For hips, bottoms, upper legs etc. bikini bottoms are a great choice if they can be untied on one side at a time.
I am in a private studio and can assure you that no one else will intrude on your privacy during your appointment.
Tipping?!?!
Tipping culture has taken a wild turn in our society. It can feel obligatory and awkward to see the tip screen pop up upon payment everywhere we go. Tipping is always gracioulsy accepted but is never expected or mandatory. Many of you spend money on travel, days off, childcare, and other expenses to get to my studio and there is never pressure to overextend yourself to leave a tip. I appreciate all of you and your support of my work.
Touch-ups
As living organisms, there are many factors that can affect the healing of your tattoo. One touch up session is included in the cost of your session after 6 weeks and within 6 months of your appointment. If you have a multi-session piece, a touch up session will be done after the completion of the entire piece. If your tattoo is determined to have healed poorly due improper aftercare I reserve the right to charge a fee for a touch-up session.
